What's your returns/refund policy?

Hygiene and our customers' safety are of great importance to us. To ensure proper hygiene and avoid the resale of used products, kCurlsys does not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. You can be confident that the products you receive from us are clean, new, and untampered. 

Orders returned and addressed by shipping carriers as undeliverable will be subject to a redelivery fee and not eligible for a refund.

Where are you located? Do you ship internationally?

We are a HairCare line based in Los Angeles, California. We ship to all 50 US states, Canada, parts of Europe, and Africa. If shipping isn't available for your country at checkout, we apologize. There may be a reason as to why. Please email us at hello@kCurlsys.com and we will assist you further.
